The Interview Builder uses a candidate's behavioral data to build job-specific interview scripts that get at the core behavioral attributes they want to see in a hire and understand how a person might perform under the specific circumstances of a given role.
RESULT: Interview scripts that are customized to each candidate for a given role, that help train less experienced interviewers and can avoid issues with improper or irrelevant questions.

Ineffective job ads are a huge issue for employers and job seekers alike. The Job Ad Optimizer is designed to help hiring teams craft job descriptions that align with highly specfic behaviors and attitudes that mesh well with a given role.  
Result: job ads that appeal to ideal target candidates and reduce repetiive work screening out less fitting applicants.

As an HR professional, sharing a job with your hiring team is a great way to get feedback on if the job is accurately defined, and having your hiring team review candidates as their BA results come in can save a ton of time and ensure the team members voices are heard.
