Revamping existing hardware and software into user-friendly tools for on-site service technicians was a crucial challenge.
I partnered with engineers, scientists and clinicians to create an advanced service tool for Siemens. This tool, used exclusively by Siemens Healthineers engineers, surpasses the PET system's basic service tools, ensuring faster service ticket resolution, improved functionality and a better experience.

ICONS
Creating icons for various technical platforms, products, and teams was complex, as research was essential to determine where these icons fit in image acquisition or analysis workflows. Understanding their intended functions and conveying nuances was crucial.
I had to consider and accommodate diverse settings like dark rooms with dark screens, well-lit rooms with varied screen types, and compatibility with different color capabilities.
The solution space was constrained by integrated hardware and software systems, often requiring multiple rounds of stakeholder review.
